When will my lovelang order be delivered?

Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. However, deliveries to remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take 7-14 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs. 499.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available for orders valued between Rs. 499 and Rs. 1999.

What if my delivery is delayed?

Delays may occur due to public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or remote delivery locations. In such cases, delivery may take up to 14 business days.

Return FAQs

Can I return a product?

Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

How do I initiate a return?

Please email hello@lovelang.in within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and product images.

Are sale or discounted products eligible for return?

No, we do not accept returns for items purchased on sale or using discount coupons.

What products are not eligible for return?

Products that are opened, used, or tampered with after delivery are not eligible for return.

What is the return process?

  • Our team will verify and respond within 24 - 48 hours
  • Returns raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted

Refund FAQs

When am I eligible for a refund?

Refunds are processed if:

  • The order is cancelled before dispatch
  • The item is delivered in a damaged, incorrect, or tampered condition
When am I not eligible for a refund?

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Orders already dispatched
  • Orders placed during a sale or with discount codes
  • Orders rejected during delivery (Rs. 200 will be deducted for shipping & packaging)
How do I request a refund?

Send an email to hello@lovelang.in with your order details and reason for refund. Our team will assess and guide you accordingly.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once approved, refunds usually reflect in your account within 5 - 7 business days.

Exchange FAQs

When can I request an exchange?

Exchanges are applicable for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Are sale items eligible for exchange?

No, sale items or items purchased with discount coupons are not eligible for exchange.

Are there any charges for exchanging a product?

Yes, post-delivery exchanges include an additional charge of Rs. 200.

How do I request an exchange?
  • Email hello@lovelang.in with your order and product details
  • We will provide you with a payment link for the exchange fee
  • Once payment is complete, a pickup will be scheduled, and your new product will be dispatched

Cancellation FAQs

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched. Please email hello@lovelang.in to cancel.

Can I cancel an order after it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, cancellations are not accepted once the order is dispatched.

Can I cancel an order placed during a sale?

No, sale orders and orders with discount codes are not eligible for cancellation.

What happens if I cancel the order during delivery?

If an order is cancelled at the time of delivery a Rs. 200 deduction will be applied during the refund process to cover
shipping and packaging costs.
