• Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• To initiate a return, please email us at hello@lovelang.in within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Kindly note, returns are not accepted for: 1) Products purchased during sales or with discount coupons 2) Opened, used, or tampered products

Return Process:

• Email us at hello@lovelang.in with your order details and product images.
• Our team will verify and respond with further instructions within 24 - 48 hours.
• Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Refunds are applicable if:

• The order is cancelled before dispatch.
• The product delivered is damaged, incorrect, or tampered.

Refunds are NOT applicable if:

• The order is already dispatched or purchased using a discount code or during a sale.
• The order is rejected at the time of delivery. In such cases, a Rs. 200 deduction (for shipping and packaging) will be applicable.

• Email us at hello@lovelang.in stating your reason for refund along with your order details.
• Our team will assess your request and process the refund accordingly.
• Once approved, the refund will be credited to your source account within 5 - 7 business days.

• Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered products.
• No exchanges on items purchased during sales or with discount coupons.
• Post-delivery exchanges will incur an additional charge of Rs. 200.

• After the approval, the item will be redelivered within 3-4 days

• Our team will assist with the payment link for additional charges.
• A reverse pickup will be scheduled, and your new item will be dispatched once payment is completed.

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched. Please email hello@lovelang.in for assistance.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Orders placed using discount coupons or during a sale are not eligible for cancellation.
• If the order is cancelled at the time of delivery, a Rs. 200 deduction will be applicable while processing the refund (towards shipping and packaging charges).
